Michael A. Logan, Esq. is proud to serve as an attorney at the Mittman firm. A lifetime resident of Pennsylvania, Michael attended the Pennsylvania State University for undergraduate studies before earning his J.D. from Widener University School of Law (Harrisburg). After a few years in private industry, Attorney Logan joined the bar and the Mittman firm in 2012.
Attorney Logan’s areas of practice include Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Criminal Defense, and Guardianships. He is honored to be one of a select group of Attorneys that is called on by the Courts to represent Alleged Incapacitated Individuals—that is, those who may require a Guardian, and may not have the ability or resources to seek one out for themselves.
In his personal life, Michael is the proud father of two amazing daughters, Sophia and Vivien, and husband to Randi. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, gardening, home improvement, electronics, reading, and has been known to entertain/distress a captive audience on karaoke nights.
Joseph D. Rutala, Esq. concentrates on business and business entity related law and litigation. Originally a native of Southern New Jersey, he attended Drexel University where he studied business administration with concentrations in international business and economics and marketing. He graduated from Drexel magna cum laude. Thereafter, he attended Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, where he focused in antitrust law.
Immediately after law school, Joe became an Assistant Prosecutor for the State of New Jersey in the Salem County Prosecutor’s Office. There he immediately began litigating jury trials in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division and doing appellate work before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Eventually, Joe decided to move out of prosecution and into private litigation. He has practiced a variety of areas of law including civil rights litigation; personal injury; malpractice; contract/commercial litigation; contract/transactional drafting; the sales and acquisitions of businesses; renegotiation of commercial debts; family law; defamation; real estate transactions; and criminal law.
